(Information below is for our retreats out of states does not apply to in state retreats) Please note that there will be no refunds or discounts for leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in a retreat for any reason, we can not refund your deposit, but you can transfer it to any of our already scheduled retreats if there is availability. We wish we were able compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but we have costs already incurred when reserving retreat centers, and accommodations.

Balance Within is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.
